How to purchase our products
Please follow the steps below to order our products.
- Add items to your shopping cart
Click the "Add to Cart" button on the desired product page. - Check your shopping cart
When an item is added to your cart, check the item and quantity you have selected, and then click the "Go to Purchase" button. - Log In
If you have already registered as a member, please enter your registered e-mail address and password and then "log in". If you have not registered yet, please register by clicking the "New Member Registration" button. - Enter and confirm your order
Please enter and confirm the delivery address information and payment details. Check the information that you have entered, and if there are no mistakes, click the "Confirm Order" button. - Completion of your order
When your order is completed, we will send an "order completion email" to the registered email address. Please check if you have received the email and check the order details in the email.
Payment
The following credit cards are accepted for payment.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
- Credit cards are limited to those in the name of the person making the purchase.
- Payments can only be made in one lump sum (one single payment).
- Based on the membership details of the credit card being used, the price of the product will be automatically withdrawn from the account specified by the customer.
- You will be billed as soon as your order is confirmed.
- You will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and security code in the "Confirm Order Details" screen.
- Since the transaction uses encrypted communication technology called SSL, you can enter your card number safely.
In addition, the card number will be authorized (check the validity of the card) on the spot without leaving a record, so you can shop with confidence.
Delivery (shipping and delivery)
Shipping and handling costs
- Shipping charges are included in the prices of products shown in the website.
- Import tax, customs duty, value-added tax, etc. are not included in the product price. Please note that you are responsible for these payments. Please check with your country's customs office for additional charges before making a purchase.
Delivery method
- Products will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service).
- No refunds will be given for items that cannot be passed through customs and are confiscated or rejected. We appreciate your understanding. In addition, if the item cannot be delivered and is returned, the balance excluding the shipping fee will be refunded only if the item arrives at our company within 30 days of shipping.
Delivery date
- We usually ship within 10 business days after your order is completed. You cannot specify the delivery date and time.
Returns and exchanges
- If any of the following applies and you contact us by email (support@cumec.shop) within 7 days of receiving the product, we will accept its return or exchange the product. After confirming contact from a customer, we will contact you by e-mail about how to return or exchange the product.
- If the product is defective
- When a product or quantity is different from the ordered product / quantity that is delivered
- If the item is damaged during delivery
- Please complete the shipping procedure for the product by the method specified by our company’s email within 30 days after contacting us. After confirming the return, we will ship a non-defective product (we will pay for the shipping) or we will refund the price paid.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you do not contact us in advance or if the shipping procedure is more than 30 days after we contact you.
Cancellation
Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled due to customer's convenience.
Delivery may not be possible depending on the country or region. Please note that if you cannot register for delivery, your order will be cancelled.
Gift wrapping
We are not able to accept order to gift wrap our products.
Member information
Member registration
Membership registration is required to order our products. Please register in advance from "New Member Registration” or register from the purchase procedure screen after selecting the product.
Change / deletion of member registration information
You can change or delete the address of your customer information on “My Page”. If you change your email address, please let our service center know using the inquiry form.
Withdrawal
You can cancel your membership at the service center. Please contact us using the inquiry form. If you place an order, you cannot withdraw until the transaction is completed.
